How much will it cost to get an estimate?

Estimates are free. Just contact us to set up an appointment. We will provide a computer-generated plan designed by one of our landscape architects free of charge. This proposal is comprehensive and outlines how we propose to build your pool and provides detailed pricing. Many factors, including desired features, pool size, site slope and accessibility that can affect construction time.

Can I finance my pool?

Yes. And it’s probably easier than you think. Pools are typically financed through a long-term mortgage similar to a home mortgage. Financial lenders often look favorably upon swimming pool financing because of the added value to your home.

I have seen advertisements promising pools at very low prices. Should I consider this option?

It is possible to build a pool at a low price. But be warned! To build a low cost pool, the equipment, structural elements, craftsmanship, and design may all be compromised. Improper design, along with poor quality construction materials, may not only take the joy out of owning a pool, it could also put you and your family at risk. As they say: You get what you pay for.

Do I need to get the pool permit myself?

No you don’t. At Paradise Pools & Spas we will have any necessary permits pulled upon approval of your pool design and cover any associated costs.

Will a pool increase the value of my home?

Yes it will. Most studies show that a pool will increase the value of your home anywhere between 7% and 15%, depending on where your house is located. It will also continue to increase in value throughout the years, just like your home.

Does my Paradise Pool come with a warranty?

Yes. We know that great customer service does not end when the pool is completed. At Paradise Pools and Spas, our warranties exceed industry standards. We have a Five-Year Structural Warranty, as well as an Extended Warranty on our pumps, filters and heaters. We want you to be happy with your investment, so we stand behind our work.
